Empower Membership Policy

1. Membership Commitment

• All new memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment at $399/month.
• Early cancellation during the initial 3 months is not permitted.
• After the 3-month term, membership renews monthly and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

2. Session Usage & Rollover

• All included sessions must be used within the month.
• Unused sessions may roll over for 1 additional month while the membership remains active.
• Rollover sessions expire if not used within the following month or if membership is canceled.

3. No Refunds or Transfers

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Services may not be gifted, banked long-term, or shared unless specified in a promotional event.

4. Membership Holds & Cancellations

• You may pause your membership for up to 1 month per calendar year with 7 days’ written notice.
• Early cancellations require a 30-day notice. Any unused or rolled-over sessions will expire at the end of the final billing cycle.

5. Booking & No-Show Policy

• Members are encouraged to pre-book appointments to secure preferred times.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited sessions.

6. Member Perks

• 10% off all additional services
• Early access to special promotions
• Founding Members lock in their $399/month rate for 12 months — even if prices increase
